Contact
We don't publish a contact email for this site, and we don't list a phone number or address either. This is a small independent guide, not a company with a support desk.
If you've found a factual error on one of our pages, the fastest way to flag it is through the site's community discussion area, where posts are visible to the site editors. Include the page URL, the sentence you're questioning, and the source you think we got wrong.
What we can help with
- Factual corrections on the history, ownership, or legal pages
- Suggestions for topics the guide should cover
- Reports of broken internal links or formatting problems
What we can't help with
We can't help with accounts, uploads, billing, or content on the actual Pornhub platform — we have no connection to it and no way to reach its support team on your behalf. For anything related to the real platform, you'll need to go through its own help channels.
We also can't offer legal advice. If you have a legal question about adult-content law in your area, talk to a qualified lawyer.
A note on response times
Discussion-area posts are read by the editors, but there's no fixed schedule. If something is urgent and safety-related — for example, you know of illegal content on the platform itself — report it directly to the platform's moderators and to law enforcement. Don't wait on us.
How to write a useful correction
The easier you make it to check your claim, the faster it gets fixed. A good report names the exact page and sentence, links to a solid source (a company statement, a court record, a reputable news article), and keeps opinion out of it. We'll read it, verify it, and either fix the page or explain why we're keeping the current wording.
Spam and abuse
Discussion posts are moderated. Spam, harassment, personal details, and anything explicit will be removed. Repeat offenders lose posting access. This keeps the space usable for everyone.
